  Called to set up an estimate and Mike was very polite and professional on the phone. He was flexible in scheduling the estimate and measurement according to my schedule. If I choose to have them install my flooring I will plan to update my review accordingly. But so far I am happy with the brief contact that I have had.

  What a horrible and embarrassing experience. We had Mike scheduled to come to our home This morning, so my pregnant wife and I each used vacation hours. Mike never showed and didnt answer his cell phone. When he called me back he said "this is Mike. Who's this?" Apparently he is out sick and hadn't gotten to the office to check his schedule, so his solution was "can I come tomorrow?" my advice....use someone else with common sense. Hope he is embarrassed. UPDATE: I appreciate your response, which came in rather quickly. All it would have taken was an e-mail by last night informing us that we needed to reschedule. I sent an e-mail Monday confirming the visit for today, and received no response to that. So your answer of "people get sick" is accurate, but a lame excuse for no communication.
